Industrial Wastewater Treatment Solutions at Industrial Parks in Central Vietnam
The Water Resources Institute collaborated with functional agencies to research and survey wastewater discharge conditions at industrial parks in Central Vietnam.
Based on the current situation assessment, the research team proposed appropriate wastewater treatment technology solutions for different industries:
- Biological treatment technology: applied for wastewater with high organic content
- Physical-chemical treatment technology: used for wastewater containing heavy metals and chemicals
- Combined technology: integrated methods for complex, multi-component wastewater
The proposed solutions ensure that treated wastewater meets national technical standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT for industrial wastewater before discharge to receiving sources.
